For Star Wars Zero Company choices and consequences, choose the option that fixes your next deployment's bottleneck: recovery for injured Operators, an equipment slot for a constrained build, or a reward type your squad can use now. Below are concrete Operation comparisons; read the mission's exact title because similarly named encounters can have different branches.

Useful Operation choices

The outcomes below are community-reported, from The Pelvic Girdle's first-hand Steam choices guide. Match them to your live reward preview rather than treating a random item as a fixed drop.

OperationChoice comparisonOur recommendation
Back ChannelsRuna's Connection: random Exquisite Utility and 1 Capacitor. Neesh's Connection: random Exquisite Mod and 2 Contacts.Choose the Utility route to fill an urgent item gap; choose the Mod route when an existing weapon is your bottleneck.
Underworld IntelThe Scoundrel lead adds a Utility slot; the modification seller adds a Weapon Mod slot.Inspect the build first: an empty additional slot has no immediate value unless you can equip something useful.
Mediship RescueMedical supplies heal participating Operators' injuries; spare parts provide 1 Capacitor and Den progression.Bring the injured Operators who can benefit when recovery is the constraint. Choose parts if the deployed roster is already healthy.
Ghost ShipBridge inspection needs an Astromech; the Armory route reports high injury risk; Cargo Bay offers a Medpac and Credits.Check eligibility first. Prefer useful supplies over risking a core Operator for a reward that does not solve your current problem.

Decide before confirming: four checks

  1. Read the cost and chance, not only the reward. A Credits payout can still involve an upfront payment or a chance of injury.
  2. Inspect who participates. A healing reward for assigned Operators does not mean everyone in The Den is healed.
  3. Separate fixed rewards from random items. Judge a random Utility by the category you need, not by an imagined guaranteed best item.
  4. Check the consequence you cannot repair easily. A lost follow-up, an injured required Operator or a Bond change can matter more than a one-off payout.

Bonds: keep the deployment pair in mind

EA's Personnel overview explains that Dilemmas can affect Operator Bonds, and Bonds unlock Cross Training. Before selecting a dialogue option, inspect the reactions of the pair you intend to field together. If a relationship is close to a useful training unlock, compare that long-term benefit with the immediate reward.

Do not translate a reaction icon into an invented permanent passive. For a detailed build, use Jae, Kabb or Cly; for support-droid requirements, see Droid Bay and Astromech recruitment.

Before advancing a Cycle

Check Operation expiry, required Operators and injuries at the Holotable. Finish an available reward that solves your next mission's problem before committing the Tactical Mission that advances your campaign. The mission-order guide keeps the main route separate from optional Operations.
